For the following procurement: sewer mainline rehabilitation services (Purchasing Office Solicitation No. 2023-014). Bids must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the City of Franklin's specifications and other procurement documents pertaining to this solicitation, including any addenda that may be issued, available on the Business Opportunities page of the City's website or by contacting the City of Franklin Purchasing Office (purchasing@franklintn.gov; 615-550-6692). The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive minor informalities. The Project includes the following Work: The work to be performed (Project) consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 20,000 liner feet of 6", 8", 10", and 12" diameter sewer using cured-in-place lining. The Work includes sewer cleaning and pre and post-rehabilitation television inspection as set out more fully in the Specifications. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, labor and equipment to complete the Work. Work may be conducted throughout the City of Franklin Water Management Department's operating area (Site with specific locations issued through Work Orders. Upon mutual agreements of both parties the Agreement may be renewed for a term of four additional years after the first year of work. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Bids are requested for the following single prime Contract. The Project has an expected duration of 335 days to substantial completion after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and 365 days to readiness for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
