Slippery Rock University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites. Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of the removal of one existing doxplank and associated repair to bring the area back to its existing use. The addition of four (4) structural steel beams and connections to existing structure is included in the work. A large portion of the existing dox plank structural floor below the existing shower floor must be patched and is included in the work. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and testing necessary for the installation of the steel framing. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
