It is the intent of the owner to award up to two contactors a multi-term contract for one year with the option to renew for an additional 2 years, pursuant to New Mexico Statutes Annotated Chapter 13 Section 13-1-154.1. Individual purchase orders may be issued by the Owner to the awarded contractor(s) to perform specific scopes of work in accordance with the bidding and contract documents throughout the duration of the on-call contract. Bidder Requirements. Contractors, Subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register or log-in to view and/or download bidding documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
