Question Acceptance Deadline 02/09/2023 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Boulder Valley School District is requesting proposals for complete Architectural/Engineering Consultant Services for a project to reroof portions of 4 school sites: Aspen Creek (Construction / renovation budget of $1,450,000) Eldorado (Construction / renovation budget of $1,450,000) Louisville MS (Construction / renovation budget of $840,000) Lafayette ES (Construction / renovation budget of $125,000) The roofing work will be competitively bid under a Design / Bid / Build procurement method. The vendor awarded will provide required documents accordingly. Ongoing Roofing Consultation Qualification The District will prequalify several vendors for ongoing services. It is the intent of the District to use this prequalification for on call services and quote/ proposal requests. The successful vendors will be asked to sign a master agreement. General Information You may submit a proposal for: Both sections (The four schools and qualification) Reroofing of the four schools only Ongoing roofing consultation qualification only One respondent to this RFP will be selected to perform the four roofing consultation projects listed above. All responses will be utilized to create a prequalified vendor list for roofing consultants for the remainder of roofing projects included in the 2022 bond and other district capital projects. These consultants will provide Construction Services and Close-Out Assistance per the scope of services. Note: This RFP is for consultation and not the actual roofing work that will need to be completed. The contracting of the roofing work will be done through a separate solicitation. The roofing consultant as designer and overseer will not be able to perform the actual roofing work that will need to be completed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
