Site work for a transportation facility in Hesperia, California. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Victor Valley Transit authority, located at 17150, Smoke Tree St, Hesperia, CA 92345, requires an 8' wrought iron perimeter fence and gates at the existing Hesperia Maintenance and Operations facility which is comprised of a fuel/wash building, maintenance building, and administration building. VVTA is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide labor and materials for an 8' tall wrought iron perimeter fence for around the southern parking lots at VVTA's Hesperia, CA, Administration and Maintenance facilities. The resulting contract will be not to exceed 120 days. Bonds A Performance Bond and Payment Bond may be required by the awarded contractor after the notice of intent to award. The deadline for questions is at 5:00 PM PST, Friday, February 24, 2023. Prospective Proposers are requested to submit questions, in writing to the Procurement Manager at cplasting@vvta.org. Responses shall be shared with all known prospective proposers by written addenda only. The fencing will be an 8' black iron commercial/industrial fence, installed around the southern parking lots which spans approximately 925 linear ft. One man-gate will be installed on the north-east side of the larger east parking lot and the other man gate will be installed on the north-west side of the western parking lot (near the main entrance). The two vehicle gates will be installed for each vehicle entrance to both parking lots.
