As of April 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. A general description of the primary work elements is listed below for reference. Contractor is responsible for reviewing all the drawings and specifications to obtain a complete understanding of the entire work scope. This contract includes all work indicated on the project documents, including but not limited to: 1. Mobilization and establishment of site perimeter fencing and maintenance and protection of existing conditions. The perimeter fencing will also need to function as a barrier to entrance into the park during construction. Contractor to coordinate closure of the main entrance with NYS OPRHP. Contractor shall provide 2 weeks' notice minimum prior to any closure. 2. Selective demolition and removals of existing fencing and roadway in the project area. 3. Provide testing of soils and locate utilities prior to removals. 4. Fabrication and installation of commemorative gateway. The gateway is considered specialty work, please reference specification section 055000 and the contract drawings for complete requirements. 5. Provide new trench drain, tie into existing stormwater management system. 6. Repair/restore site conditions as per contract documents. 7. Provide all necessary permits. 8. Closeout documents including warranties. Estimate Range: $1,275,000.00 - $1,725,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
