The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mid-Hudson Valley Forensic Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Chiller Systems and Ancillary Equipment at Rockland Psychiatric Center located at 2834 Route 17-M, New Hampton, NY 10958. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. CONTRACT NOTE: The Chiller contract term will be December 1, 2023 - December 31, 2028. The Chiller equipment located at the Middletown ATC campus will begin coverage on December 1, 2023. The Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center Chiller equipment is currently covered under a separate contract through December 31, 2023 and will begin coverage under the terms of this contract effective January 1, 2024.
