The Office of General Services, Design and Construction (OGS D&C) is seeking proposals to enter into a contract to provide construction management services as outlined in the scope of services. OGS D&C intends to award one (1) contract with an initial value approximately $13,000,000 for the duration of three (3) years with 2 one-year optional renewals. The projects are expected to be at, but not limited to, the following nine (9) facilities and nine (9) projects: Attica Correctional Facility, Clinton Correctional Facility, Coxsackie Correctional Facility, Green Haven Correctional Facility, Mohawk Correctional Facility, Shawangunk Correctional Facility, Sullivan Correctional Facility, Washington Correctional Facility, and Wende Correctional Facility. The State will utilize a "Best Value" selection process to ensure optimum quality, cost, and efficiency among responsive and responsible firms. For purposes of this Request for Proposals (RFP), the term "Owner" refers to OGS D&C. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: Three (3) years with 2 one-year optional renewals The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
