Renovation of a multi-residential development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The Contractor shall review all documents listed in Attachment 1 and Attachment 2, for unit numbers 601, 602, 603 and 604, which were either damaged or affected by a fire. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment, that are necessary to provide full services which include, but are not limited to the following: 1. All open identified affected areas will be inspected before covering with sheetrock or any other covering. FWHS will verify all cleaning, sealing, or replacements of affected areas, to ensure it is completed to the construction standards before the Contractor can proceed to the installation phase. 2. The Contractor shall provide temporary power and lighting (including task lighting), and coordinate with FWHS regarding the installation(s) of temporary and/or permanent power. 3. The Contractor shall provide dewatering. 4. The Contractor shall provide all required submittal data, shop drawings, samples, mockups (including removal), etc. All submittals are to be submitted electronically unless otherwise requested physically at the time of submission. 5. The Contractor shall provide all scaffolding, lifts, shoring, bracing, anchoring, etc., to safely install the scope of work. To receive materials, the Contractor shall provide lifts, hoisting, flagmen, etc. 6. The removal of general debris, trash, furniture, and equipment, to return the units to like new condition. Question due date extended FROM Wednesday, February 8, 2023, TO Friday, February 10, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Central. Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) on behalf of Wind Terrace, Inc., is seeking bids from interested, qualified, and licensed Contractors to rehab four (4) units effected by a fire at Wind River Apartments, located at 8725 Calmont Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76116.
