The Hudson River Park Trust ("Trust") is pleased to invite qualified firms to submit a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") for the Structural Inspection of Pier 40 Parking Garage. The scope of work includes a full inspection of the garage and all relevant components, including structural systems and the building facade and completion of all required testing, analysis, documentation, reporting, and other engineering and administrative tasks to satisfy the local laws and codes. The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A and the regulations promulgated there under.
