BP Dewatering Station Door Replacement, Screening and Grit Building located at 102 Campbell Ave. East Providence, RI 02916. Vendor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and perform all operations in connection with the removal and replacement of existing West wall double doors in the Dewatering Station per the NBC specifications. Work to be completed at Narragansett Bay Commission's Bucklin Point WWTF, 102 Campbell Ave., East Providence, Rl 02916. All work as required in the specifications must be completed by June 30, 2023. A.) INSTALLATION CONDITIONS 1.) Verification of Conditions a. Verify openings are correctly prepared to receive doors and frames. b. Verify openings are correct size and depth in accordance with shop drawings or submittals. B.) INSTALLATION 1.) Dewatering Pump Station a. Remove and properly dispose of existing doors, frames, hardware and prepare openings for installation of new door units. b. B. Install door-opening assemblies in accordance with shop drawings and manufacturer's printed installation instructions, using installation methods and materials specified in installation instructions. c. Field alteration of doors or frames to accommodate field conditions is strictly prohibited. d. Site tolerances: Maintain plumb and level tolerance specified in manufacturer's printed installation instructions. e. Fire labeled doors and frames must be installed in strict accordance with manufacturer's instructions and the latest revision of NFPA 80.
