Renovation of a golf course in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

**As of March 20, 2023, this project has been awarded to R. Mullen & Associates, Inc.** The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of ten garage doors at Bayberry Hills Golf Course Maintenance Facility and Bass River Golf Course Maintenance Facility. Any questions regarding this IFB should be directed to Svetlana Salemme at procurement@yarmouth.ma.us. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price in the form of a bid bond or certified treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. M.G.L. Chapter 149 applies. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids which are not responsible and/or responsive, in whole or in part, as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws.
