Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Prairie Village, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes, but not limited to, demolition of parking lot and practice courts, construction of new parking lot, new practice courts and grading for new play area. The project includes, but not limited to, DEMOLITION OF PARKING LOT AND PRACTICE COURTS, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PARKING LOT, NEW PRACTICE COURTS, GRADING FOR NEW PLAY AREA Non-resident corporations that are not already registered with the Kansas Secretary of State and all non-resident individuals and partnerships are required by law to register with the Director of Revenue, State Office Building, Topeka, Kansas, and to pay a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each and every contract as a precedent to commencing work on the contract. For contracts in excess of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), the foreign contractor shall file with the Director of Revenue an acceptable bond for ten percent (10%) of the contract.
