This request is for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement to select one or more contractors to provide on-call landside roadways and parking lot improvements at Denver International Airport (DEN). The awarded on-call contract(s) are anticipated to address necessary maintenance and construction of landside roadways and parking lots at DEN. This work may include, but is not limited to, joint sealing, erosion repair, pavement, and bridge repairs, in parking lots and roadways such as Pena Blvd and other DEN service and collector roads. Work is issued on a task order basis, for emergency work or smaller projects that have limited scope, fee, and schedule that would not benefit from an open bidding process.
