To Provide Electrical, Mechanical & Structural Maintenance of the Kingsland Avenue Bridge as per specifications for the Department of Public Works for a two (2) year open-ended contract. Two (2) year open-ended contract beginning from date of award by the Essex County Board of Commissioners Proposers Conference N/A Commodity Type Construction or Related Services General Construction Public Works: Construction or Related Services Electrical Equipment, Lamps, Parts, Supplies and Service This bid submitted is for the above named and advertised Bid Proposal at firm prices, excluding all taxes and including all transportation, delivery charges fully prepaid F.O.B. destination, inside delivery, debris removed, in accordance with the General Specifications, Requirements, and Schedules specified herein. It is understood that the attached general specifications are an integral part of the proposal and that the Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bid proposals pursuant to Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. and to waive immaterial informalities. Bidders are required to comply with the requirement of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and the Americans with Disabilities Act and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
