Renovation of a residential development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The work under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation, services, etc., required in the complete installation of electrical work on the project as described herein and illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following principal items. Installation of new electrical service entrance conduit and wire from a point of origin as indicated on the plans. BID BOND: A form of security executed by the bidder through a surety to guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract within a specified time and will furnish there quired payment and performance bonds. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all alternates listed. Include in the Base Bid and contract the cost of procuring all Bonds, Certificates, building permits, licenses and approvals. Contribution fees for sewer, water and gas taps, meter fees, and paving shall be paid for by the Prime Contractor. Provide all labor and materials for a complete installation.
