Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Darien, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Darien Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Community Park Site Improvements Project at Community Park. Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following as described: Darien Community Park Improvements Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to Darien Park District, in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid is required. This is a Prevailing Wage Project. All questions regarding the project should be directed to Shawn Benson, Wight & Company, at sben-son@wightco.com. Questions must be received in writing, or via email (sbenson@wightco.com), until 10:00 a.m. Monday February 13th, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities to any bid when such is deemed by the Owner to be in the Owner's own best interests. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, "Open Space Land Acquisition & Development" (OSLAD) grant program
