This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by SaskTel to perform structural analysis on wooden utility poles for the purpose of determining the overall current state load factor. The successful suppliers will be required to work with asset owners within Saskatchewan to validate and defend their methods and analysis results to the satisfaction of the power utility company in accordance with CSA C22.3 No. 1-20. CCA AMD. Vendors may bid on one or all packages, but it is expected that each package is resourced independently and will follow a parallel schedule and pace. Please provide pricing for one, two, or if all three packages are awarded. Additional optional packages of poles and communities will become available as approved internally and can be negotiated on. This is a 1-year contract with one (1) option year. Agreement Type: NWPTA and CFTA and CETA
