HVAC Upgrade at Drury High School at 1130 Church Street, North Adams, MA 01247. HVAC Upgrade at Drury High School to include Air quality sensor installation, UV Lighting,Fan/VFD Improvements, and BMS Upgrade. Air quality sensor installation: - Constant Volume AHU / RTU o Add a CO2/VOC sensor to the return duct of the following locations: - Common to RTU 1,2,3 - Common to AHU 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 o Wire sensor to available control points on existing controller (add additional controller/points were necessary to accommodate new sensor) - Code to be implemented for the following Sequence: o Constant Volume Units - At the RTU/AHU Level: - On an increase of CO2 above setting (initially set for 900 ppm), or elevated VOC (baseline to be established by using 100% OA for a period of 4 hours and sensing that level) Econ dampers shall slowly modulate open to lower CO2 level returning from the space o Variable Air Volume Units -When the respective AHU senses an increase in CO2 or VOC - all VAV's served by that AHU will index to Max Flow Settings. o Notes - Safeties on the RTU / AHU remain in play - Econ Damper position should always monitor Mixed Air Temperature and back off damper command when this reading drops below 45 Deg. F (adjustable) UV Lighting: - Basis of design is Steril-Aire UVC Lamps for HVAC (Flow Tech is the local Rep) o Complete with retrofit mounting kit, factory controller with outputs for lamp loss and/or lamp status, and door switch (to de-energize the lamps when the door is opened) - Installation to include: o Complete lamp kit o 110 VAC power source to lamp controller - Locate nearest breaker and provide local disconnect o BMS Integration -To include control wiring, point creation, BMS graphic changes, BMS alarms - Existing system is Andover Continuum
