Crowder/Garney JV/Lil Associates is Soliciting MWSBE firms to submit a quotation on the project. Crowder/Garney JV will serve as the PDB Team and Hazen as the engineer for this project. The design has progressed to 60% and we are pursuing GMP pricing for the Stage #4 scope of work based on this current design along with industry/trade practices and all applicable codes. Stage #4 Construction is anticipated to begin in the third quarter of 2023 with a duration of approximately 31 months. The Crowder/Garney JV welcomes all bids.
