Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Amherst, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
For Culvert Rehabilitation - Spring Road Over Unnamed Brook The Project consists of constructing cast-in-place concrete or mortared rubble masonry headwalls at the inlet and outlet of the existing corrugated metal culverts conveying an Unnamed Brook under Spring Road. Additional work includes removing and resetting existing guardrail and site restoration. The engineer's estimate for the work is between $70,000 and $80,000. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction in summer of 2023 and complete construction prior to August 25, 2023. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All technical questions regarding this project should be directed by email to Joseph Ripley at jripley@hoyletanner.com. Bidders must be listed on the NHDOT "Prequalified Contractor's List" with a classification of bridge and/or bridge rehabilitation, or box culvert and/or roadway construction and provide written documentation to Joseph Ripley, jripley@hoyletanner.com or Donna Akerley, dakerley@hoyletanner.com from NHDOT no later than 3 business days prior to the date and time of the Bid Opening. Bids received from bidders who are not on the specified classifications of the NHDOT "Prequalified Contractor's List" will not be accepted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
