For professional engineering services for the Linwood and West 7th Flood Mitigation Project ("Project") GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Conceptual Planning for Flood Mitigation Improvements Flood Mitigation Improvement Project Development Flood Mitigation Improvement Design. EXPRESSION OF INTERSEST To ensure interested parties are kept up to date of any new information pertinent to this project, all interested parties are requested to email Expressions of Interest in this procurement to the City Project Manager. The email should include the company's name, contact person and that individual's email address and phone number. All Addenda will be distributed directly to those who have expressed an interest in the procurement and will also be posted in the City of Fort Worth's purchasing at portal. Additionally, prospective submitters can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with the Request for Qualifications referenced above to the project manager at the e-mail addresse listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as "questions in writing." If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. CITY'S RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. AWARD City intends to award a contract to the most qualified engineering firm.
