Communication or solicitation with other City of West Hollywood officials or employees regarding an aspect of this RFP is expressly prohibited and may result in disqualification. The City desires to enter an Agreement for Services for a period of approximately 2.5 years. Proposers must satisfy themselves by personally examining the work site, Standard Specifications, Standard Plans, and other contract documents and by any other means that they may believe necessary, as to the actual physical conditions, requirements, and difficulties under which the work must be performed. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
