Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Tega Cay is accepting sealed bids from qualified Bidders to complete sidewalk removal and repairs at various locations in the City. o Remove and dispose of approximately 768 SF of 4" thick sidewalk. o Remove any visible tree roots in the project area. o Repair any damage to any private property during the project, including but not limited to irrigation and landscaping. o Replace with 4" of 3000psi concrete All questions pertaining to this request for bid must be submitted in writing by emailing cholland@tegacaysc.gov no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on February 16, 2023. Only written questions will be considered formal.
