California Construction Authority ("CCA") will be receiving sealed bids until 3:30 pm on FEBRUARY 22, 2023 at CCA's office at 1776 Tribute Road, Suite 220, Sacramento, CA 95815 for the following two part public works project at the San Joaquin County Fair ("Fair"). SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY FAIR PROJECT: 002-21-090 - WATER WELL REPLACEMENT 1) DRILLING AND PUMP PROJECT BUDGET: $350,000 2) SITE WORK AND INFRASTUCTURE PROJECT BUDGET: $250,000 CCA is soliciting cost proposals for both parts of the project on behalf of the Fair. For part 1, drilling a replacement water well and installing equipment, the Bidder is required to possess a California Contractors C-57 License. For part 2, completing infrastructure connections and site work, the Bidder is required to possess a California Contractors A License. Licenses must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and remain so throughout the duration of Contract.
