West of an Aerial Crossing of Copper Creek near 52nd Street and Robin Drive in the City of Bellevue in Sarpy County The City of Omaha and Douglas County are finalizing a project to construct the relocation of a section of the Papillion Creek Interceptor located near the confluence of Big Papillion Creek and Copper Creek and the Big Papillion Creek levee. The project will begin west of an aerial crossing of Copper Creek near 52nd Street and Robin Drive in the City of Bellevue in Sarpy County. The project includes the construction of a three barrel siphon (66", 48" and 42" in diameter) across Copper Creek and approximately 2800 LF of 96" sanitary sewer. The project will also include the abandonment of the existing aerial crossing at Copper Creek and approximately 3000 LF of existing 90" sanitary sewer. Project shall also include bypass pumping of an active sewer, construction of new structures on the existing Big Papillion Creek Interceptor, manholes, parking lot paving, etc. Questions regarding this project may be directed to (402) 444-5220 or via email pwreception@cityofomaha.org.
