Online Bidding: Available Description: The Project includes the following Work: Furnish material and equipment and install approximately 3,000 linear feet of a new 3-inch water main along Sickles Road and new bulk water vending station along Savageville Road near the intersection of Limerick Road. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination in accordance with the provisions of the Davis Bacon Act. Bidders shall comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, Equal Employment Opportunity as amended. The Jackson County Water Company, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
