Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wildwood, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 20 working days subsequent to the specified bid opening time. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations and as set out in the detailed plans and specifications. The work consists of upgrades to existing pedestrian trail. The work includes asphalt pavement repair, asphalt overlay of existing trail, widening of existing trail, storm culvert and headwall replacement. The trail improvements will be from Station 0+00 to Station 41+66 and Station 55+00 to Station 85+45. Project will be bid as a lump-sum project. Phase-1 has an Add- Alternate bid item to adjust the trail's vertical alignment and add low water crossings near Stations 29+35 and 34+00. B. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%.
