Island Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide cleaning services at 1351 Estevan Street, Nanaimo, BC, an Island Health leased facility of approximately 4,804 square feet (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Island Health, hosting the Community Dialysis Clinic. The operational hours are five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday, clinic hours between 08:30am to 4:30pm with staff on site from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The successful Proponent may have interactions with clients and/or members of the community who are on the property when arriving or departing their shift, and the successful Proponent is expected to present in a friendly and professional manner, while being aware of the safety protocols and privacy policies.
