Renovation of an educational facility in Clawson, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
No direct contact with the Owner or Architect is requested. All questions must be in writing and sent to the following email address: stacey.helm@chiristmanco.com, no later than April 7, 2023 by 5:00 pm EST Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers' check, money order, or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as a bid security. The Bid Security of Bidders under consideration will be returned immediately after award of contracts by the Owner. The amount of the guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner if the successful Bidder fails to enter into a contract and furnish required bonds and insurance within 30 days after award of contracts. The Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, which, in their opinion, will serve their best interest.
