For Professional Engineering Services The City of Stockton is requesting Statements of Qualifications for professional engineering services to assist with the preparation of an Engineering Report to assess the City's public water supply system and provide a detailed analysis of the existing water system, assemble a hydraulic water model, provide history, document deficiencies, project future demands, and make recommendations for proposed improvements to meet current and future needs. Funding for the report is expected to be through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Drinking Water Engineering Report Grant program. The report should adhere to the Minimum Design Standards for Missouri Community Water Systems effective Dec. 10, 2013. Information provided in the Statement of Qualifications must include:A. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to public water supply systems; B. The capacity and capability of the firm to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within the time limitations fixed for the completion of the project; C. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as control of costs, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules; D. The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the area in which the project is located. E. Resumes of key personnel assigned to this project. Once the most qualified firm is selected, an engineering agreement will be negotiated. The engineering agreement may be amended to include design and construction engineering services.
