Woodchester GWP Improvements: Replacement of four (4) booster pumps, motors, and associated valves and pipe fittings. Rehabilitation of associated piping within and adjacent to the booster pump building, including external sandblasting, recoating, and addition of pipe supports. Replacement of buried gate valves on suction side of Pump Nos. 1, 2 and 3, including associated excavation, fill, and site restoration. Booster pump building improvements, to include door replacements. New Territory GWP Improvements as follows: Replacement of four (4) booster pumps, motors, and associated valves and pipe fittings. Replacement of two (2) 24-inch butterfly valves within the pump building. Rehabilitation of associated piping within the booster pump building, including external sandblasting, recoating, and addition of pipe supports. Replacement of two (2) 20-inch butterfly valves on suction header and replacement of two (2) 12-inch butterfly valves on discharge header. Furnish and install all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of improvements to City of Sugar Land's Woodchester Groundwater Plant (GWP) (13743 Woodchester Dr., Sugar Land, TX) and New Territory GWP (4421 1/2 New Territory Blvd., Sugar Land, TX). Work includes but is not limited to the following: a.
