The lowest responsive bidder must demonstrate successful completion of projects of similar size and scope to be considered for the award of this contract. Description: Catch Basin Cleaning and Vacuuming Work Location: In Region 4, various locations in the Counties of Washington, Hancock, Penobscot, Piscataquis, and Somerset, Maine. Outline of Work: Traffic Control, Catch Basin Cleaning and Vacuuming, and other incidental work.
