Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; for the addition of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; and for the demolition of a parking garage.

The Project generally consists of remodeling the existing pick-up truck garage into offices and storage space and adding a new garage structure and small entry structure. Some site work, including regrading and paving are included. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems will be expanded. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within the Contract Documents. Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Acceptable forms of Bid Security are as follows: Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Lawful US Currency, Bank Money Order or Bid Bond made payable to City of Bozeman, Bozeman, Montana, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and fill acceptable Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds no later than ten (10) days after the Award of the Contract. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR'S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Gallatin County and the state of Montana. Discrimination in the performance of any agreement awarded under this project on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, or actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or disability is prohibited. This prohibition shall apply to the hiring and treatment of the awarded entity's employees and to all subcontracts. As such, each entity submitting under this notice shall include a provision wherein the submitting entity, or entities, affirms in writing it will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, marital status, national origin, or because of actual or perceived sexual orientation, gender identity or disability and which also recognizes the eventual contract will contain a provision prohibiting discrimination as described above and that this prohibition on discrimination shall apply to the hiring and treatment of the submitting entity's employees and to all subcontracts. The City of Bozeman, Bozeman, MT hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any Proposal in the interest of the Owner.
