Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnemucca, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of the demolition of two existing retaining walls and part of a third existing wall. Two retaining walls (RW1 & RW2) are to be replaced with modular MSE-type walls and the other (RW3) is to be replaced in part with a cast in place concrete style wall and footer. Construct and install ancillary works, including but not limited to installation of inlet drains, relocation/replacement of electrical utilities, and installation of safety rails and fence. Demolish two existing retaining walls and partly a third wall, replace with new cast in place concrete and MSE walls, install new railing, stormwater down drains and fencing.
