Renovation of a mixed-use development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
MCCC Interior Alterations to Main School Building and Agriculture Building for HVAC, Fire/EMT and Chemistry Laboratories & Classrooms Project in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Clark & Post Architects, Inc. The Bid Opening, will be opened and read publically immediately afterward in person. Submit all questions to Ron Cocco (rcocco@ clarkandpost.com or T: 440.233.8487). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. MCCC reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and conduct such investigation as necessary to determine bidder responsibility.
