Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston is seeking to retain an Architectural/Engineering Services firm with extensive experience in the restoration of historic structures to provide survey, preliminary design, detailed design, construction administration and inspection and support services for this grant and locally funded project situated in the City of Kingston, Ulster County, New York.
