The St. Lawrence Parks Commission (SLPC) requires a Contractor to supply qualified and competent licensed plumbers and HVAC technicians and apprentice plumbers/labourers for the maintenance of all buildings, facilities and systems at Fort Henry National Historic Site of Canada, located at Kingston, Ontario. The Contractor should have one (1) licensed plumber one (1) apprentice plumber/labourer and one (1) HVAC Certified technician available within the specified notification on an "as or if required" basis during the period April 2023 to March 31, 2025. The Contractor will not necessarily be required to work a full day. The Contractor must be available within 48 hours of advance notice for scheduled work at the regular hourly rate, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
