This Documented Quote is to provide materials and labor to clean and re-gasket two (2) flat plate heat exchangers on site at the AHEC campus, one Accu-Therm brand heat-exchanger in the King Center and the second Alpha Laval brand heat exchanger in the Tivoli Student Union Building. As an attachment to the Documented Quote form, firms must list each building and the lump sum cost for labor and materials for each (as separate line items). Costs will be listed separately for each building on the issued Purchase Order and should be billed separately. Ideally, the work will happen concurrently, so contractor must be prepared to staff both projects.
