The City of Huntington Beach (City) is soliciting Request for Qualifications from qualified firms /Firms with experience and qualifications to provide all labor, equipment and materials for repair and servicing of water, sewer, and storm drain utility infrastructure and facilities. There are 11 different categories the City is seeking to contract with pre-qualified vendors. This process is to determine if a vendor meets the City qualifications to do work, this solicitation is not for a specific project. List any factory/vendor certifications your firm possesses for work on engines, gears, pumps, drivelines, PLCs, and heat exchangers, or any work within this scope. For equipment mentioned in this scope below, include in your proposal package, the manufacturers and its model numbers your firm has serviced. It is the intent of the City to solicit RFQuals and award multiple, up to three (3) year, plus two (2) optional one (1) year extensions contract to the selected Firm(s). The City reserves the right to further negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any Qualifications for noncompliance with contract requirements. Industrial Mechanical, Engine and Gear Repair: Service, inspection, repair, and replacement of industrial mechanical parts, engines, and gears for Amarillo, Arrow, Baldor, Caterpillar, Generac, Johnson, Kohler, Philadelphia, US Motors, or Waukesha branded engines and gears. 2. Driveline: Service, inspection, repair, and replacement of mechanical parts for Amerigear, Falk, Spicer, or Zurn branded drivelines. 3. Electrical, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), SCADA: Service, inspection, repair, program, maintenance and upgrades for utility facilities, SCADA and Eaton, Modicon, or MurCal branded equipment. 4. Heat Exchangers: Service, inspection, and repair of Free-Flow branded heat exchangers. 5. Pumps: Service, inspection, and repair of Cascade, Blue White, Flight, Grunfos, Hidrostol, Johnston, LMI, or Myers branded pumps. 6. Emissions: Testing and reporting capabilities for emission compliance for ECOM, Johnson Matthey, or Miratech branded equipment. 7. Repairs and Maintenance of Municipal Water Facilities: Repair, fabrication, inspection, and maintenance of municipal water systems and its appurtenances, e.g., pipes, meters, valves, fire hydrants, and backflow preventers. 8. Repairs and Maintenance of Municipal Sewer Facilities: Repair, fabrication, inspection, and maintenance of municipal sewer systems and its appurtenances, e.g., fences associated with sewer, pumps, electrical components, CCTV, pipes, lift stations, and manholes. 9. Repairs and Maintenance of Municipal Storm Drain Facilities: Repair, fabrication, inspection, and maintenance of municipal storm drain systems and its appurtenances, e.g., fences associated with storm drain channels, pipes, catch basins, inlets, and stormwater treatment units. 10. Street Repair: Street rehabilitation, e.g., asphalt paving, slurry, concrete repair, saw cutting, associated with repairs and maintenance of municipal water, sewer, and storm drain facilities. 11.
