The Village of Eldorado, Preble County, Ohio, will receive bids from all interested contractors desiring to handle standard and regular trash hauling services for all premises and locations within the Village of Eldorado for a period of two years from April 1, 2023 until March 31, 2025. With a two-year contract with the Village to be awarded to the lowest and best bidder on or before March 18, 2023. Bids should be accompanied by a proper performance bond. Bids should specify either a monthly, quarterly, or annual charge to the Village, acknowledgement of proper liability insurance coverage and acknowledgement that the contract price will remain the same whether or not recycling becomes a federal, state, county or village legal requirement during the term of the contract. Bidders must be prepared to be able to lease or sell dumpsters to residential and business property owners within the Village. Council retains the right to accept and/or reject all bids.
