For Janitorial Services for Various Park Restrooms Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision necessary for janitorial cleaning services for park restrooms located at various County owned Parks on the west side of Polk County. The objective of this janitorial services bid is to clean and provide all supplies necessary for all specified facilities in a conscientious manner to promote a safe environment in accordance with the bid requirements. This solicitation has been identified as eligible for the County's Sheltered Market Program, as detailed in Polk County Ordinance No. 10-005. The Sheltered Market Program provides that selected procurement opportunities are designated for competition between W/MBEs from Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, and Sumter Counties and local Polk County vendors only. These are the only bidders who will be eligible to submit a bid. Attached are important instructions and specifications regarding responses to this Bid.
