This project is to design and construct a solution to alleviate flooding at the intersection of E 127th Avenue and Rolling Hills Court. 127th Avenue Drainage Improvements Project generally involves the improvement and modification of the existing stormwater wet well on 127th Avenue. 1. Excavation, backfill and compaction for underground utilities 2. Installation of a new water system via open cut and HDD installation3. Temporary by-pass piping operations 4. Testing of installed systems 5. Restoration and site clean-up This project is in included in the City of Temple Terrace's FY 2022 - 2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 2, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available. East 127th Avenue Stormwater Improvements involves the replacement and modernization of the existing stormwater lift station to its permitted condition. The project includes rehabilitation of the pump station structure; new top slab and access hatch; new pumps, piping, valves, fittings, and appurtenances; electrical, instrumentation, diesel pump; connection to existing 10-inch force main; removal of asphalt; gravel bed yard; and other items as indicated on the plans. DEADLINE FOR CLARIFICATION REQUESTS: 4:30 p.m. EST on October 9th, 2024 Scope- The project may also include the removal and replacement of trees, sod, curbing, sidewalk, and asphalt pavement removal and replacement as shown on the plans. As each section is completed it shall be flushed, pressure tested, as built, and cleared in accordance with the project specifications and the requirements of the City and FDEP prior to being placed into service.
