Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in French Lick Township, Indiana. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed project consists of the following: 1. Roadway improvements on North Main Street between Second Street and State Road 56, including full depth pavement replacement, resurfacing and curb and gutter construction. 2. Construct a 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the east side of North Main Street from Second Street to New York Street and then crossing to the south side of North Main Street to State Road 56. 3. All contractors considering submitting bids shall verify with the office of the engineer, the total number of Addenda issued on the project prior to bidding date. Addenda may be viewed at the West Baden Town Hall or at Lynn Imaging and Blueprint Company. Failure to do to so may result in rejection of the bid. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 8 of the Instructions to Bidders.
