The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to award a sole source contract to Oshkosh Defense, LLC, PO Box 2566, Oshkosh WI 54901 for a water pump drive gear box assembly; Manufactured by Oshkosh for an Oshkosh P19 Fire Rescue Truck. The part number of the gear box is 3858682. This special notice is in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-3(b)(3)(i) where only supplier has the ability to meet the Government's needs. Please see attached J&A for more sole source information. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 238220- Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and the size standard is $19M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for fifteen (15) calendar days. No solicitation package will be available. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
