For the Sewer Relocation, SR195 at 20th Avenue, Haleyville Water Works and Sewer Board, City of Haleyville, Alabama. Major components of this project include approximately 340 LF of 8 DI gravity sewer main, 3 each 48 precast concrete manholes with ring and cover, 70 tons rip-rap, connections to existing sewer main, abandonment of utilities, and miscellaneous appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder. All bidders must comply with the requirements of the Contractors Licensing Law of the State of Alabama and be certified for the type of work on which the proposal is submitted. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bids should be submitted in the contract specifications book as issued by the Engineer. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Bidder, Bidders license number, address, and name of the project: Sewer Relocation, SR195 at 20th Avenue, Haleyville Water Works and Sewer Board, City of Haleyville, Alabama. Envelopes containing bids must be addressed as follows and delivered to: City of Haleyville, 911 21st Street, Haleyville, Alabama 35565. The Haleyville Water Works and Sewer Board is an equal opportunity employer.
