This Request for Proposals (RFP) will provide your firm with sufficient information to enable you to prepare and submit a proposal to partner with City staff to provide comprehensive parking management services. Deadline for Written Questions 2-14-23 @ 3:00 PM City Responses & Addenda (if any) issued 2-23-23 Questions concerning the specifications in this Request for Proposals (RFP) should be directed to the Project Manager. Questions may be submitted in writing according to the deadline in the RFP Response Timeline. All questions and answers regarding the RFP will be shared with all prospective respondents known to be interested in submitting a proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any reason and to waive any informality it deems in its best interest. Any requirements in the RFP that cannot be met must be indicated in the proposal. Proposers must respond to the entire Request for Proposals.
