Madison County is seeking bids to perform asphalt repairs to damaged asphalt roadways and driveways as a result of routine water line repairs performed by Madison County Water. The period of performance is two years. The contract is an indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract. Madison County does not commit to any minimum amount of work being performed under the contract. The maximum contract amount is $450,000. The contract will be terminated when the maximum contract value is reached or when the period of performance expires, whichever occurs first. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment and material needed to perform the asphalt repairs. Performance Bond, Payment Bond and proof of insurance will be required prior to the execution of the contract.
