Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bristol, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Budget: $65,000 to $85,000 The purpose of this bid is for the contractor to remove and replace approximately 953 feet of sidewalk and 9 handicap ramps in the City of Bristol Tennessee. The project is funded by Federal CDBG grants and all applicable rules and regulations shall apply. The scope of the project may be expanded if adequate funds are available.
