Pre-qualification questionnaire notice is hereby given that the county has determined that contractor's of specific trade; license class-a shall be required to participate in a pre-qualification process and become pre-qualified to be eligable to participate in the bidding process. Contractor's will be notified via periscope source, if they are eligible to submit a bid proposal.the pre-qualification questionnaire is attached to this notification. Bidders that are interested in this project shall fill out the questionnaire documents and submit them electronically. Please upload any additional documentation and submit electronically along with the pre-qualificiation questionnaire. Paper, fax and email submittals will not be accepted. Pre-qualification document submittals received after 2:00 p.m. pacific time on the due date will not be accepted.
